How to Register

Registering for PaySpan Health is quick and easy. Online enrollment takes about 10 minutes. During this process, you will set up a brief profile of your practice, specify bank accounts (multiple accounts if desired) and indicate other preferences for management of checks, EFTs, ERAs or online presentment of claim payment information.

Please follow these steps to register:

Providers will be prompted to enter their TIN, NPI and billing ZIP code as a prerequisite for EFT & ERA registration. A match on all three components will result in the ability to register without having to contact the payer or PaySpan Provider Services.

The existing "legacy" registration process will resume if the match on TIN, NPI and billing ZIP code occurs. A registration code is created internally and will not be displayed to the provider during the registration process. PaySpan will automatically register all available registration codes for providers if multiple registration codes exist for the TIN, NPI and billing ZIP code match.

You will receive an email from PaySpan Health upon completing registration. In a few days, you will need to verify with your bank that a minimal deposit has been made by PaySpan Health. This deposit amount will be used to confirm your electronic payments are set up. The deposit does not need to be returned to PaySpan Health. Once your test deposit has been confirmed, all subsequent payments will be sent electronically.
