On June 20, 2024, UnitedHealth Group issued a press release offering an update on the Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident that occurred on Feb. 21, 2024. While the investigation to determine whose data is impacted is not yet complete, UnitedHealth Group has started the process to notify impacted customers and shared a website that provides additional information. UnitedHealth Group continues to offer credit monitoring and identity protection services, as well as a dedicated contact center to address questions. Self-Referral Services

You do not need approval from your PCP or the plan for these services. They are available without a referral. Please see the Covered Services section in your Member Handbook for additional details regarding these services.   • OB/GYN services such as:
    • Family planning services
    • Annual wellness visits for women, including a pap smear
  • Emergency and urgent care services
  • Know Before You Go Flyer - English (PDF)
  • Routine checkups and treatment from your assigned PCP
  • Well-child, EPSDT and treatment visits for children up until their 21st birthday
  • Lab tests
  • Basic X-rays
  • Routine vision
  • Routine behavioral health outpatient services
  • Disease management

You can go to any provider in the 'Ohana Health Plan network to receive these services. Just call the provider you choose and set up an appointment. Tell them that you are an 'Ohana Health Plan member and show them your ID card at your visit.
