On June 20, 2024, UnitedHealth Group issued a press release offering an update on the Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident that occurred on Feb. 21, 2024. While the investigation to determine whose data is impacted is not yet complete, UnitedHealth Group has started the process to notify impacted customers and shared a website that provides additional information. UnitedHealth Group continues to offer credit monitoring and identity protection services, as well as a dedicated contact center to address questions. Telehealth Services Let You Visit by Video

You will get the care you need without having to drive. When you see a provider through Telehealth, it's a lot like a regular office visit. But, you don't see your doctor in person. Instead, you talk to them through a video conference.

How do I get Telehealth Services?

Ask your provider if he/she offers Telehealth Services. Many providers offer this service directly. If so, your provider will give you all the information you need to get started.

Get the care you need, when you need it. Doctors are available anytime, day or night. You can even get help on weekends and holidays. This service is free.
